While all disclosures are confidential and can be made anonymously, you may choose to provide your name, telephone number or email address. In this case, we will only contact you if we need more information. Only the duly authorized staff members of the Direction des enquêtes at the Ministère de l'Éducation will have access to your personally identifiable information, and under no circumstances will your personal information be shared or released.

As public bodies, the Ministère de l'Éducation and Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur are subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information and will protect your identity in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Consequently, they will be unable to update you on the follow-up and result of its analysis.

Under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, you have the right to consult information that you have provided and to ask for the correction of any inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal information, provided this information can be traced.
